Shipping Information
Out-Of-Stock or Backorders
Even though we do carry a huge inventory of products, occastionally some items become unavailable. These items may either be backordered (shipped at a later date) or out-of-stock (not available). Either way, we will inform you via email or phone about your order and give you the option to cancel with a full refund for items not currently in stock.
Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to email or call for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Unfortunately, s/h fees are not refundable.
NOTE: Some items, such as food type items (coffee, tea, cakes, cookies, candy, etc.) cannot be returned for refund due to local FDA and health related issues. For these items, we will try to resolve any problems the best way we can.
